Sun Certified Java Programmer Mock Exam in Flex

If you are ever planning to take the Sun Certified Programmer exam, you need at least four things: 1) the Java language specification; 2) a good study guide; 3) a exam simulator; 4) and free time for coding. The spec isn't an easy reading material, but with an "brain-friendly" study guide (by Sierra and Bates) they are essential to passing the SCJP exam.
While the "Head First" study guide is teaching you to understand and remember what you read, the exam simulator indicates if you are ready to take the real exam. There are several commercial exam preparation kits in the market: JQPlus (Enthuware), JavaCertificate.com, Whizlabs. Free mock exams are also available: see www.jdiscuss.com.
Last year, I have upgraded my SCJP 1.4 to SCJP 5.0, and wrote my own test tool in Flex.

Hi, I’m new to programming and have so far just written simple apps and seen lots of examples. Your app is unique in what I’ve seen so far. I like the feel of this app. It doesn’t feel like a typical flex app which is great!
I’m assuming it has value as a java test prep tool (I dont know java put I’m learning Python), but I’m just excited by the way it looks and feels in general. You’ve done a great job. I particularly like the large timer up in the corner and the way you make code examples/exhibits available. I assume that in another type of application you could do something similar to make audio or video etc available without making it the central focus of the UI. Thats great.

My name is Ashish Hareet & I’ve recently created a website with mock exams for SCJP aspirants which provides practice exams for SCJP as a free resource - http://www.irixtech.com . Users can take exams anonymously or they can register to keep track of their scores.
I also provide a downloadable version with about 140 questions -http://www.irixtech.com/content/download-voodoo-exam . The downloadable application has been available to the community for about 6 years(since 2002) with provisions to add their own questions for practice.

but stopped due to work load will restart it when I will be ok and will have time
